RETURN POLICY

FIT IT CO. LTD (FIT IT)values its relationship with its clients and is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will make every effort to assist you.
 

Standard Return Policy for Products Under Warranty. All products may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days after receipt. Please contact us for technical support. We will work to assist you with your product. If we are unable to identify the problem then Buyer will be required to fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. An RMA reference number will be issued upon completion.
 

Damaged or Defective Items. Once a product is delivered, it is Buyers responsibility to inspect the product and inform us of any damage within five (5) days of receipt. All requests made after 5 days will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
 

Restocking Fee. Unless a product is defective or the return is a result of our error, we will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.
 

Software. Software returns will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
 

How to Return a Product: Buyer must fill out an RMA form and obtain an RMA reference number before the end of the applicable return period. We will not accept returns without an RMA reference number. Once we receives the product, a refund will be initiated. Refunds will only be issued back to the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling charges may not be refunded.

Before Buyer returns a product to us, it is Buyers responsibility to back up all data in the product and remove all confidential, proprietary and personal information as well as removable media such as flash drives, CDs and PC Cards. We are not responsible for any confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.
